Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new purchases just as much as we love making them for you!
If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your items, we will happily accept your items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. In dog time, 30 days feels like forever so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges after this time.
All Returns and Exchanges must:
- Include original Receipt or Invoice included with your order
- A completed Returns Form that can be found here
- Be in original condition (no marks/stains/rips/smells)
- Please Note: Refunds cannot be approved for bandanas or bow ties that are made to order
Where to Send your Returns:
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your refund. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Send all Returns with the completed Returns Form to:

RETURNS FOR A FULL REFUND
We will gladly offer a full refund equal to the price of the product if you change your mind or an alternative size isn’t available within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot refund or credit any shipping costs and the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless we accidentally sent you the wrong products or your items arrived damaged or faulty.
We process all exchanges as a full refund on the original product price paid, and the customer can place a new order for the size required. We will happily honour any discount codes used on the original purchase for your re-ordered item. It is the choice of the customer whether you would like to place a new order and receive the correct size sooner, or if you wish to wait for the refund to be processed on the original purchase before placing your order. Please allow 2 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS
Whoops! Some of us have hairy paws and sometimes we can accidentally put the wrong items into your parcel. We’re sorry! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the returns process before returning to us. We will happily cover all shipping costs if we made a whoopsie.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We thoroughly check all items before they’re sent out to you but if, however, you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with photos and a description of the faults before returning to us for a refund or exchange. We will happily cover all shipping costs if an item is deemed faulty by PUPSTYLE.
FREE RETURN POSTAGE WITH PAYPAL
PayPal offer FREE return postage on all PUPSTYLE STORE orders within Australia to the value of $45, up to 8 times a year. Click here to activate the service, keep a copy of your return postage receipt and take a photo of the parcel being returned and PayPal will refund your postage costs within 5 days of submitting your proof.
